Data We Collect

Contact data: When you reach us by phone, email, or WhatsApp, we receive your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message. Our website has no contact forms — communication happens directly through these channels.

Reservation data: When you book directly or through platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or Hotels.com, your name, contact details, stay dates, and booking details are processed in our internal reservation system in order to manage your stay.

Technical data: Our website's hosting provider may keep standard server logs (including IP address and browser information) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising or marketing tracking technologies on this site.

Purposes and Legal Basis

We process your data only to create and manage your reservation (performance of a contract), to respond to your enquiries (legitimate interest), and to fulfil the legal reporting obligations that apply to accommodation providers (legal obligation). Your data is never used for marketing and never sold to third parties.

Booking Platforms and Calendar (iCal) Synchronization

To keep our availability up to date, we synchronize calendars with booking platforms via iCal. Calendar data received from those platforms is imported into our reservation system. The calendar feeds we publish contain only the dates on which rooms are unavailable — no personal data such as guest names or contact details is ever included in these feeds.

Cookies and Third-Party Content

Our site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps; when the map loads, Google may apply its own cookie and privacy policies. When you click our WhatsApp links, Meta's (WhatsApp) privacy policy applies.

Data Retention and Security

Reservation records are kept for the legally required retention periods and then deleted or anonymized. Your data is stored in secure systems with access restricted by authentication. Our website and reservation infrastructure are hosted with reputable cloud service providers.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR and KVKK, you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, object to processing, and request data portability. You can send requests to miloscunda@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
